There are times in our lives when in one split-second, your world is turned upside down. Things that you thought used to matter become so minute, and your priorities change in an instant.
That is exactly what happened on Saturday, April 7, 2012. An exciting weekend visit to Dallas's nanna and poppa's house for Easter turned tragic.
That weekend he ended up receiving 2nd and 3rd degree burns to almost 40% of his body, including his face, neck, shoulders, right arm, back, chest, stomach, and right thigh.
He was transported by helicopter to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and is currently in the Burn ICU.
